• You accept and will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Platform.

CitiMal is a marketplace platform that links users to local vendors, stores, and malls. Vendors (individual, stores vendors, and complete purchase through supported payment channels.

We act as an intermediary, not a direct seller of goods. Vendor services are the responsibility of individual or registered vendors. You are responsible for the supply of items sold by independent vendors.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Accurate and complete account information during registration.
• Your real name (unless privacy
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Valid payment details to perform orders through our platform
• Updated personal information, including your address or other data that allows us to deliver orders across the Platform

As a vendor on the Platform, you must agree to:

• Product descriptions, images, pricing and availability.
• Accurate business information
• Fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
• Comply with applicable laws and health/safety regulations related to the goods you provide.
• Maintain the quality of products listed online. We reserve our policies but does not guarantee monitoring of all content.

All payments are processed through authorized payment channels:

• By making a purchase, you agree that:
• You are responsible for reviewing product prices before placing.
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise disclosed.
• Payment for your order will be charged immediately or per agreement details.
• You understand that shipping, delivery fees, or third-party processors should be renewal through those channels
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to our Refund Policy.

While using CitiMal, you will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activity or harmful actions.
• Use the Platform's security or functionality.

All content on CitiMal, including logos, text, images, UI elements, graphics, software code, design, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of CitiMal or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we use, collect and share your data, which explains:

• How we collect, use, and protect your data.
• By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

If you are a dispatch rider using CitiMal, our mobile application requires access to your device's location services to facilitate efficient delivery operations. By registering as a dispatch, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Foreground Location Access: The app requires permission to access your location while you're actively using the app. This allows customers to track their orders in real-time and helps you navigate to delivery destinations.
• Background Location Access: The app requires permission to access your location data even when the app is running in the background. This is essential for:
  • Providing real-time order tracking updates to customers
  • Turn-by-turn navigation and directions on the map
  • Accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) calculations
  • Efficient route optimization for faster deliveries
  • Ensuring continuous location updates during active deliveries
• You can manage or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. However, disabling these permissions will prevent you from accepting and completing delivery orders.
• Location data is used solely for delivery and service purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your location information is shared with customers only during active deliveries to enable order tracking.

CitiMal may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• CitiMal is not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• CitiMal is not liable for actions of vendors, delivery persons, or third parties using our services.
• In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any within the previous twelve (12) months or ₦50 if no other amounts apply.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CitiMal if:

• You violate these Terms of Use.
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful or illegal activity.
• We need to for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within Nigeria.

CitiMal may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the start of these updated Terms.
